   TransitionFX component produces transition effects. This version
   supports the following effects:

   A modifier can be applied to each of these to configure each
   effect further. The 32-bit version has a property through which
   the component can use threads instead of timers. This has several
   advantages. Chief among them is speed - using threads TTransitionFX
   component can achieve speeds higher than 18 frames per second.
   Second, it saves on the use of timers.
